Sorvana Venues is owned and operated by AMCWEY LTD. Our registered company details are at the foot of this page. We help business customers research and compare event venues and make introductions to venue teams.

Inquiries and venue information

An inquiry does not create a booking, reservation, agency appointment or obligation to purchase. Information on this website is general. Availability, capacity in your chosen layout, prices, inclusions, quote validity and accessibility arrangements need to be confirmed for your event.

Our role and the venue’s role

Our agreed work may include clarifying your brief, researching options, obtaining venue responses and making introductions. Unless separately agreed in writing, the venue contracts with you directly and is responsible for its facilities and event delivery. Sorvana Venues cannot commit you or a venue to a booking.

Agreeing the service

We agree the scope of our service with you before work begins. Any charges payable by you must be explained and agreed with you in advance.

Booking, payment and changes

Your venue agreement governs deposits, payment, cancellation, postponement, insurance and event arrangements. Check those terms directly with the venue before confirming. Where relevant, our own service terms will be supplied separately. Website inquiries do not authorise Sorvana Venues to take a booking payment.
